Inclusions:

  • The above room rate are per room per night basis only.
  • The above room tariff is inclusive of buffet breakfast at the buffet designated area.
  • All applicable Hotel taxes are inclusive

Exclusions:

  • Additional GST@18% will applicable.
  • Transfers are not included from hotel to venue and vice versa

Terms & Conditions:

  • Hotels rooms are blocked by Meetings and More for all the delegates of APCON 2018 .
  • Rooms will be allotted on a first come first serve basis and are subject to availability.
  • Room confirmation is possible only against 100% advance received by the delegate.
  • Early check in and late checkout is subject to availability and additional charges will be levied.
  • As these are subsidize rates by the association they will be provided only to registered delegates and can book only one room at a time. Delegates have to pay directly through their own bank account or credit cards.
  • Extra beds are not common in all the Hotels. For details / requirements please contact the Hotel Lobby Manager during the time of Check-in.
  • Personal expenses such as telephone calls, food & beverage bills, in room service, spa, salon and use of mini bar should be paid by the guest directly to the hotel at the time of check out.

Please note that the booking through the online portal is only for 3 nights i.e. from 29th Nov 2018 till 2nd Dec 2018 only.,

Post confirmation of the hotel booking, 100% retention charges will be applicable for any cancellation received from the Delegates/ Pharma after the confirmation of booking.
